agencyitz.com is operated by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”), CIN U85499TS2026PTC221225, of No 93 Koundinya Nagar, Nr Prathibha High School, I.E. Nacharam, Uppal, Hyderabad 500076, Telangana, India, trading as Grandfield Agency.

Nothing on this website takes money. There is no cart, no checkout and no card form. Work is agreed with you directly in writing — what is included, what it costs and when it is due — and invoiced separately.

We sometimes rebuild a business’s existing website and send a link to the result. Such a page is a demonstration: it is marked as one, it is not indexed by search engines, and it stays ours until the work is agreed and paid for. Every factual detail on it is taken from the business’s own published website; we do not invent prices, reviews, qualifications or opening hours. If anything on it is wrong or you want it taken down, write to hello@agencyitz.com and we will remove it.

We do the work we agreed, to the standard we described, and we tell you plainly if something cannot be done. We do not promise rankings, traffic, enquiry volumes or sales — no one honestly can.

The material you give us must be yours to give: your text, your photographs, your logo, your trade marks. You keep ownership of it. Once work is paid for, the site we built for you is yours.

Either of us may stop an engagement in writing at any time. You pay for work already done up to that point; anything paid for and not delivered is returned.

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Indian law applies, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
